Tisha B'Av

According to the teachings of Kabbalah, the holiday of Tisha B’Av is a means to destroy chaos at the seed level. All aspects of negative consciousness are concentrated on the 9th of Av, the single most negative – and potentially positive – day of the year. As we connect to the tremendous Light available on this day, we are afforded the opportunity to eradicate chaos and negativity in one fell swoop and create absolute Light from absolute darkness. It’s up to us.
